What is Idea2Post AI?

Idea2Post AI is an AI-powered content creation and publishing platform. You paste an idea, YouTube link, PDF, or document, and the AI instantly generates multiple content formats — blog posts, social media posts, emails, video scripts, hooks, and more.

You can then publish directly to WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, Ghost, and Medium — all from one dashboard.

Do I need technical skills to use it?

No. Idea2Post is designed for creators, marketers, and business owners. Just type or paste your idea, pick a content format, and click generate. No coding, no setup, no learning curve.

What content formats can I generate?

Publishing & Integrations

How do I connect my WordPress blog?

Idea2Post uses the WordPress REST API with Application Passwords. You need:

  • Site URL — Your WordPress homepage (e.g. https://yourblog.com)
  • Username — Your WordPress login username (Editor or Admin role)
  • Application Password — Generated in WordPress Admin → Users → Profile → Application Passwords

What is an Application Password?

Application Passwords are a WordPress feature (since version 5.6) that lets external apps access your site securely without using your main login password. Each app gets its own separate password that you can revoke anytime.

To create one: WordPress Admin → Users → Profile → scroll to "Application Passwords" → name it "Idea2Post" → click "Add New" → copy the generated password.

How do I connect Facebook?

Use our "Easy mode" in Auto Publish: paste one Facebook User access token and Idea2Post automatically lists all Pages you manage and saves permanent Page tokens.

Can I connect multiple sites/pages?

Yes! You can connect unlimited WordPress sites, Facebook Pages, Ghost blogs, Medium accounts, and LinkedIn profiles. Each one appears as a separate account in Auto Publish. When scheduling, just pick the destination.

Why does scheduling have a random time offset?

Every scheduled post gets a random ±30 minute jitter. This prevents your accounts from posting at the exact same time every day — which is the #1 pattern that Facebook and other platforms use to flag automated/bot accounts. The jitter makes your posting pattern look organic and natural.

How do credits work?

Every action costs credits. Here's the complete cost table:

  • 10 hooks (all styles) = 1 credit
  • 1 short-form post (Facebook / X / LinkedIn / Instagram / Email / CTA / FAQ) = 1 credit
  • 1 blog article (SEO-optimized, 700-900 words) = 3 credits
  • 1 video script (45-60 sec short-form) = 2 credits
  • YouTube full pack (transcript + all formats) = 8 credits
  • Batch 10 outputs = ~12 credits
  • Auto publish (per post, per platform) = 1 credit
  • Cover image generation (DALL-E 3) = 5 credits
  • Competitor scan = 2 credits
  • AI Visibility scan (12 prompts across 4 AI engines) = 5 credits
  • Video render (with voiceover + subtitles) = 10 credits
  • PR outreach sequence = 4 credits
  • PDF import = 2 credits

How deduction works: Your monthly plan credits are used first. When those run out, purchased credit packs are used next. This way your purchased credits are preserved as long as possible.

Monthly credits come with your plan and reset on the 1st of each month (unused credits don't roll over). Purchased credit packs never expire and are shared across all mycoach.ing products.

Is there a free plan?

Yes! The free plan gives you 10 AI credits per month — enough to try the basic hook generator and a few content pieces. No credit card required to sign up.

What features are included in each plan?

Here's what each plan unlocks:

  • Free (0$/mo, 10 credits) — Basic hook generator, 1 writing style, text input only
  • Starter ($19/mo, 100 credits) — Same as Free but with more credits
  • Creator ($49/mo, 400 credits) — YouTube + PDF input, 3 writing styles, viral score badges
  • Pro ($99/mo, 1,200 credits) — Batch generate, Brand Voice Memory, 6 styles, trial Competitor Tracker + AI Visibility, 1 free add-on
  • Agency ($199/mo, 3,000 credits) — All features included: Auto Publish, Competitor Tracker, AI Visibility, Video Generator, PR Outreach, API access, 10 team seats, 2 free add-ons

Features not included in your plan can be unlocked individually as add-ons (e.g. Auto Publish for +$19/mo).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel from your PayPal dashboard anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at helpdesk.mycoach.ing within 7 days of purchase and we'll work it out.

AI & Privacy

Which AI model does Idea2Post use?

Idea2Post primarily uses OpenAI's GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini models for content generation, DALL-E 3 for image generation, and OpenAI TTS for video voiceovers.

With the "Bring Your Own Key" add-on, you can use your own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini API key.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. We use OpenAI's API, which has a clear data usage policy: API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. Your ideas, documents, and generated content remain private.

How are my WordPress/Facebook credentials stored?

Your credentials (Application Passwords, access tokens, API keys) are stored in our database and only accessed by the publishing engine when executing a scheduled post. All data transfer happens over encrypted HTTPS connections.

You can disconnect any account at any time, which deletes the stored credentials from our system.

The AI Visibility Engine scans major AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) to see if they mention your brand when users ask relevant buyer-intent questions. It shows you exactly where competitors are winning mentions and you're invisible — so you can create targeted content to improve your AI visibility.

What is the Competitor Tracker?

The Competitor Tracker monitors up to 20 competitors' websites, RSS feeds, YouTube channels, and social profiles. It discovers their best-performing content so you can stay informed about trends in your niche.

What are Auto Pipelines?

Auto Pipelines combine competitor tracking + AI content generation + auto publishing into a fully automated workflow. Set up a pipeline once, and Idea2Post will automatically discover competitor content, generate original posts inspired by it, and publish to your connected accounts — all on autopilot with daily caps and approval options.

Can I customize the AI's writing style?

Yes! Idea2Post offers 5 built-in writing presets (Viral Maximum, Academic Concise, Storytelling, Authority + Data, Friendly Coach) plus you can create unlimited custom presets with your own system prompts and restraint levels. The Brand Voice Memory feature (Pro plan+) trains the AI on your unique tone.
