1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Idea2Post AI ("Service"), operated by mycoach.ing ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Idea2Post AI is an AI-powered content generation and publishing platform. The Service allows you to:

• Generate content from ideas, YouTube links, PDFs, and documents using AI
• Publish content to WordPress, Ghost, Medium, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Automate content pipelines and monitor competitors
• Generate images and videos using AI
• Track AI visibility across search engines

3. Account Registration

You must create an account at cp.mycoach.ing to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Credits

• Free tier: 10 AI credits per month with limited features.
• Paid plans: Starter ($19/mo), Creator ($49/mo), Pro ($99/mo), Agency ($199/mo) with varying credit allocations and features.
• Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
• Purchased credit packs never expire and are shared across all mycoach.ing products.
• Add-ons are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. You may cancel at any time from your PayPal dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at helpdesk.mycoach.ing within 7 days of purchase.

6. Content Ownership

• Your input: You retain all rights to content you provide (ideas, documents, uploads).
• Generated output: Content generated by the AI is yours to use, publish, and modify without restriction. We claim no ownership over AI-generated outputs.
• Knowledge Base: Files you upload to the Knowledge Base remain your property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Publish harmful, hateful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect external accounts (WordPress, Facebook, etc.), you grant us permission to post content on your behalf using the credentials you provide. We store your credentials securely and only use them for publishing as you direct. You are responsible for maintaining valid tokens and permissions on those platforms.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from publishing AI-generated content.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses due to service downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
