- Feature usage and credit consumption logs
Third-Party Credentials
- WordPress site URLs, usernames, and Application Passwords
- Facebook Page access tokens
- Ghost, Medium, and LinkedIn API tokens
Automatically Collected

- Data is stored on servers hosted by Vultr in the Tokyo region
- Third-party credentials are stored in our database with access restricted to the publishing engine

4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following services to provide functionality:
- OpenAI — AI content generation, image generation, text-to-speech (your content is sent to OpenAI's API for processing)
- PayPal — Payment processing
- Facebook/Meta — Social publishing via Graph API
- LinkedIn — Professional network publishing
- Cloudflare — CDN and security
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
OpenAI Data Usage
Content you submit is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Per OpenAI's API data usage policy, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. If you use the "Bring Your Own Key" add-on, your content is processed under your own OpenAI account terms.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data:
- With third-party APIs as described above, solely to provide the Service
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect our rights, safety, or property
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Generated content: Stored until you delete it or close your account.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for analytics, then anonymized.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored by us
- Correct inaccurate information in your account
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your generated content
- Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
- Opt out of non-essential communications
